The above words have been stated for centuries at the beginning of our Easter services.

Those words are not something we say just to begin our services on Easter Sunday or words we speak simply out of tradition.  They are words of truth that we proclaim – words that remind us that Jesus Christ has truly risen from the dead, words that remind us that we have a risen Savior. 

What beautiful words they are!. 
This month we celebrate Easter, the resurrection of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. It is an exciting time for followers of Christ as we gather together and focus on Jesus’ victory over death, and what that victory means for all those who follow Christ. 

The resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead confirms that He is – the Son of God, the Savior, the Messiah, the Christ, the Anointed One, the Good Shepherd, the Bread of Life, the only way of salvation.

Let us all celebrate what he has done and always give him all Honor and Glory!!
